First Security Bank has a full-time opening for a Service Center Specialist. This individual will work M-F and Saturday morning as scheduled, providing consistent and professional customer service.
The duties of this position include taking in-bound calls and answering questions on deposit accounts, debit cards, electronic banking, researching fraudulent account activity and more.
The qualified individual should have experience in a professional environment, with a heavy emphasis on customer service.
The individual should have strong verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
