The First Security Bank & Trust Board of Directors and President/CEO Kurt Herbrechtsmeyer are pleased to share that Kayleigh Bass has been promoted to Lead Retail Advisor at the Hampton location.
Bass joined First Security in June of 2017 as a Retail Advisor. Over the last several years, she has been responsible for a wide range of duties revolving around completing customer transactions, answering customers’ banking questions, accepting applications for loans, and opening new accounts.
She will continue with many of these responsibilities in her new role as a Lead Retail Advisor, but will also participate in training of retail staff while also serving as a knowledgeable resource for her coworkers when they need assistance or have questions.
“Kayleigh always has a smiling face and is willing to take on any new tasks,” said Brittany Marzen, Branch Manager. “She is a dedicated worker and teammate, and she’ll do great in her new position.”
Bass is a Waterloo native, but has lived in the Hampton community for nearly 10 years. She has become active in the Hampton community and is a member of both the Windsor Theatre Development Board and the Franklin County Compensation Board. Outside of work and volunteering, she enjoys baseball and spending time with her family.
First Security Bank & Trust has locations across North Central Iowa and headquarters in Charles City. Member FDIC.
