The First Security Bank & Trust Board of Directors and President/CEO Kurt Herbrechtsmeyer are pleased to announce that Caitlin Golle has joined the First Security office in Charles City as a Video Banker. In this role, she will operate some of the latest technology offered in banking, Interactive Teller Machines. Via video chat, she will hold a face-to-face conversation with customers while assisting them with deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, loan payments, and more.
“Video Banking is so interesting. It’s impressive how technology has evolved so that we can provide such a positive customer service experience to people right outside our door as well as 40 miles away—all from one location!” commented Golle.
Golle is originally from Nora Springs. She is a 2012 graduate of Central Springs High School. She joins First Security with diverse work history from her experiences as a life guard, clerk, and cook.
In her free time, Golle enjoys crafting. Particularly she likes embroidery and wire wrapping. She also enjoys spending any time outside, whether it’s as simple as blowing bubbles or something more analytical, like identifying wildflowers.
