The First Security Bank & Trust Board of Directors and President/CEO Kurt Herbrechtsmeyer are pleased to announce that Jody Randt and Chelle Schlader have joined the First Security team.
Jody Randt joined First Security in early August as a Loan Operations Assistant. Jody grew up in South Dakota, where she attended high school and, later, cosmetology school. In July, she married her husband Kevin. She currently lives in Litchfield, Minnesota, where she works remotely for First Security.
Over the last several years, Randt has worked as an Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable Administrator, Tax Coordinator, Legal Assistant and, most recently, she worked as a Small Ticket Business Equipment Underwriter for a bank.
Randt has two children and, due to her recent marriage, now has 4 step children. She also has 2 very young grandchildren. In her free time, Randt enjoys spoiling her grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. She also loves to travel and has visited all but one Hawaiian island.
Michelle (Chelle) Schlader also joined First Security in early August as a Loan Operations Assistant. She is a graduate of Charles City High School and NIACC and joins First Security with 20 years of banking experience as well as 3 years of realty experience.
Schlader currently volunteers as a board member for the Charles City Area Dollars for Scholars. She also has volunteered regularly for community events as opportunities arise.
In her free time, she enjoys camping as much as possible as well as spending time with her family which consists of her husband, Tim, and three children, Derek, Ashley, and Zach. Derek and his wife, Molly, have a one year old daughter, Violet, who Schlader especially loves to spend time with.
