The First Security Bank & Trust Board of Directors and President/CEO Kurt Herbrechtsmeyer are pleased to announce the promotion of Stacie Peterson to Lead Branch Office Representative in Rockwell.
Peterson started at First Security during the November of 2008, after working for Jo-Ann Fabrics for nearly ten years as well as Cookies Etc. for one year. At First Security, her responsibilities include a wide range of duties involving customers’ banking needs. She also is involved in working with customers on consumer loans and opening new accounts, as well as training other retail staff. Peterson excels in customer service, and she prides herself in always doing her best to help customers with any issues they may be having. Whether it’s unlocking their online banking account, or helping them obtain a loan, she is happy to help with any question or concern.
Peterson is a 1995 graduate of Mason City High School. She and her husband, Josh, moved to the Sheffield area during the summer of 2007 after deciding it would be a great community to raise their family. Together they have five children, Allie, Madison, Riley, Peyton, and Paige. When Peterson is not at work, she helps out with her son’s Boy Scout Troop, and she also enjoys baking, sewing, crafting, and watching her children play sports.
First Security Bank & Trust has nearly $500 million in assets, with locations across North Central Iowa and headquarters in Charles City. Member FDIC.
